Everyone Can Be Involved In Missions!

CMC Time Line

When a church or association is interested in adopting a people group (PG), population segment (PS), or urban center (UC), they usually follow a timeline that looks like this:

Prayer -- for the people

A vision trip with a small group representative of the church or association of churches to investigate the feasibility and bring back a report to the church

Prayerful consideration and adoption by the church or association

Preliminary strategies developed between the church and the field mission team

Preliminary prayer walking, evangelizing, and harvest field mapping among the PG/PS/UC

A Critical Path and Master Plan are developed between the church and field mission team

First simple churches planted

Mobilization of other volunteers

Initial leadership training

Second generation of simple churches planted

Follow on leadership training and mobilization

Third generation simple churches being planted

Encouraging local leadership to continue the work while considering adopting a new PG, PS, or UC.
